“Anonymous” should mean anonymous

Many survey tools promise anonymity while keeping the IP address, time or browser of every answer. With the Mailpro anonymous vote, the vote is stored with nothing that leads back to the voter. You get reliable results, and your members dare to answer honestly.

Anonymous vote

What you see, and what nobody sees

You see the results and the number of votes. Neither you nor anyone else sees the link between a voter and their choice: the answer contains neither name, nor IP address, nor city, nor browser, nor the time of the vote. The click is not tracked and our logs keep nothing of it. How anonymity is guaranteed.

One vote per browser

One vote per browser, with no voter file

By email, in a newsletter, through a link or a QR code, each browser votes once: a second click simply shows the results. Nothing ties the vote to the recipient, not even the click. No sign-in sheet to keep, no code to hand out.

Sharing

By email, in your newsletter, by link or QR code

Send the vote to your contacts, drop it into your newsletter for one-click voting, share its link or show its QR code in a meeting: everyone votes from their phone.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can I find out who voted for what?
No. With the anonymous vote, the answer stores neither the voter’s name, nor their IP address, nor their city, nor their browser, nor the time. Mailpro does not even record who voted: the vote goes through a dedicated address whose clicks are not tracked.
Can someone vote twice?
Each browser votes once: a second click simply shows the results. A determined person could vote again from another device; that is the price of real anonymity, since tying the vote to their name would make it traceable.
Is it suitable for a general meeting?
It works very well to consult your members and gather their opinion. For a decision that formally binds your organization, check what your bylaws require: Mailpro guarantees anonymity, but it does not replace a regulated voting system.
Can I hide the results from voters?
Yes. Show results as percentages, vote counts, both, or not at all, and choose to show them after the vote or at all times.
Where are the answers stored?
On Mailpro servers in Switzerland. With the anonymous vote, they contain no data that could identify the voter.
